We provide a certificate of authenticity with every sale of an original or limited edition print.  The certificate confirms that the artwork is by the named artist or artists.

In the case of limited edition prints, the certificate of authenticity also provides the further disclosure information required by law with respect to prints (e.g., edition size, method of producing the print, substrate).  See the Disclosure Notice page for more information.

If you have any concerns with respect to the authenticity of a work you purchase please contact us so that we can resolve the matter promptly and to your satisfaction.  If we are unable to satisfy you as to the authenticity, then we will be happy to provide you with a full refund of the amount originally paid for the art.

The only conditions to the above return policy are:

  the art should be returned to us in the same condition as originally sold,

  we will only make refunds to customers who purchased directly from Collect World Art (i.e. not to subsequent purchasers), and

  the customer must produce proof of purchase (e.g. a copy of your receipt or certificate of authenticity).
