We want out customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Collect World Art.  If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, we will provide a full refund of the cost of the art if it is returned within the first ninety days after purchase. 

If you would like to return a piece of art please call us at 914-576-7866 or email us a info@collectworldart.com to make arrangements for the return of the art work. 

The only conditions to the above return policy are:

  the art should be returned to us in the same condition as originally sold,

  we will only make refunds to customers who purchased directly from Collect World Art (i.e. not to subsequent purchasers) and

  the customer must produce proof of purchase (e.g. a copy of the receipt or certificate of authenticity).
